But it was not enough, because aviation classes are expensive to enroll in, and there came the support of her father who took out a loan to ensure her admission. She took 2 years to prepare for the Air India Examination.
• Those times, getting into Air India was very tough.For seven vacancies there were over 3,000 applicants with even more experience than Zoya.Then came a great setback to Zoya, that her father  had a heart attack, just three days before her exam for Air India. But despite the things that were against her she was effortful, strong and prepared enough to get in and became part of the industry which was very limited in terms of women enrollment.
